Anyone who tracks real estate news and commercial hot spots in the Bay Area will tell you that Fremont’s Ardenwood district is ‘having a moment.’  The City’s proactive rezoning of the area to attract additional office and employment uses is starting to pay off. With both Tesla and Facebook signing significant office leases and Boehringer Ingelheim expanding along Kaiser Drive, corporations are doubling down on the area’s Peninsula proximity, attractive setting, and improved commuting potential.    New housing, amenities, and the French coding university, Ecole 42, are rounding out the ecosystem.

As momentum and investor interest rises, we have developed new tools to share the Ardenwood story, including the brochure below.  Highlights include a detailed map, drive-time information, and development density guidelines.   Take a look and we hope you share our excitement at the promise of Ardenwood!
