This summer, Facebook is moving some of its employees across the Dumbarton Bridge from the peninsula to our very own Fremont. Amid the Bay Area’s red-hot real estate market and struggles with infrastructure that supports growing populations, Fremont stands out as a viable location for employees to afford homes, shorten their commute, and enjoy more leisure time.

The Fremont offices in the Ardenwood district that Facebook will be leasing are currently being renovated with move-in anticipated for June. Soon Facebook will be neighbors with Tesla’s growing office campus, German pharmaceutical giant Boehringer Ingelheim, and solar industry veterans NEXTracker/Solaria. It’s no wonder Ardenwood is earning a reputation as one the most strategically located corporate locations in the Bay Area.
